SV-Gerald International Pte Ltd Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) is meant to provide our Subscribers/Members and Users/Visitors, a clear understanding of what to expects while using the services. All Users/Visitors of SV-Gerald International Pte Ltd services, as well as Subscribers/Members, who access some or all of our services, must comply with this AUP and our
Terms Of Services (TOS).
Use of SV-Gerald International Pte Ltd services constitutes acceptance and agreement to the Company's AUP and
Terms of Services(TOS). In accordance with our
Terms of Services(TOS), we may remove any materials that, in the Company sole-discretion deemed to be illegal, may subject us to liability, or which may violate this AUP. SV-Gerald International Pte Ltd will co-operate with legal authorities and/or third parties in the investigation of any suspected, alleged criminal or civil wrongdoing. Subscribers/Members violation of this AUP may result in the suspension or immediate termination of the offending account with SV-Gerald International Pte Ltd.
Guidelines For The Enforcement Of This AUP
While the Company is firmly committed to the principles of free speech, activities that may be damaging to the resources, goodwill, peace and harmony of the country, its citizens and our Company cannot be permitted under the cover of free speech. The resources of SV-Gerald International Pte Ltd, is limited and the abuse of these resources by one or more users will have a negative impact on the entire community.
We do not monitor the activity of accounts except for measurements of system utilization and the preparation of billing records. However, we will respond with appropriate actions if we become aware of the inappropriate use of our services by anyone.
Subscribers/Members/Users/Visitors may not use our virtual web site/s to publish materials, which the Company determines, at its sole discretion, to be unlawful, indecent or objectionable. For purposes of this policy, "materials" refers to all forms of communications including narrative descriptions, graphics (including photographs, illustrations, images, drawings, logos), executable programs, video and audio recordings.
If a Subscribers/Members account violated the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) or our
Terms of Services(TOS), the Company reserves the right to terminate the service without notice. The failure to enforce this policy, for whatever reasons, shall not be construed as a waiver of the Company rights to do so at any time. As a Subscriber/Member of our network community, you must use your Internet access responsibly.
Below mentioned 5 paragraphs in blue colored font shall be considered a violations of this AUP, if the Subscriber/Member or any other Users/Visitors, use our services for:
- Illegal activities such as bringing or attempt to harm to others, including minors, hosting or broadcasting pornography, making threats, making personal or commercial harassment, fraudulent activities, forgery or impersonation such as adding, removing or modifying network header information in an effort to do mischief, to deceive or mislead.
- Sending Unsolicited Commercial E-mail (UCE), Unsolicited Bulk E-mail (SPAM), e-mail, news bombing e-mail, message forging and Usenet spamming.
- Unauthorized access such as trying or attempting to gain access to prohibited areas, networks or system in which the Subscriber/Member have no legal rights to gain access, regardless of whether it belongs to SV-Gerald International Pte Ltd or others.
- Network disruptions and unfriendly activities such as affecting the ability of other people or systems to use the Company services or the Internet, including "denial of service" (DOS) attacks against another network host or individual user, interference with, or disruption of other network uses, services or equipment is prohibited. It is the Subscribers/Members responsibility to ensure that their network is configured in a secure manner. A Subscriber/Member shall not, through any action or inaction, allow others to use their network for illegal or inappropriate actions. A Subscriber/Member may not permit their network, through any action or inaction, to be configured in such a way that allows a third party the capability to use the Company's website/s in an illegal or inappropriate manner.
- Committing fraud with the intention to cheat, deceive and/or mislead others, infringement of copyrights, patents, trademarks and trade secrets. Distribution of viruses and inappropriate use of software, which affect the Company network or websites.
Third Party Accountability
Subscribers/Members shall be held responsible and accountable for any activity by third parties, using their account that violates guidelines created within the Acceptable Use Policy.
Reporting Violations Of This AUP
Please provide the following information - the IP address used to commit the alleged violation, the date and time of the alleged violation including the time and evidences f the alleged violation.
SV-Gerald International Pte Ltd requests that anyone who believes that there is a violation of this AUP, direct the information to the Company at

Revisions To This Acceptance Use Policy
SV-Gerald International Pte Ltd reserves the right to revise, amend or modify this AUP, our TOS (Terms of Services) and our other policies and agreements at any time and in any manner. Notice of any revision, amendment or modification will be posted in accordance with our TOS (Terms of Services).
